Thanks to all bidders, for your participation in the 13th Annual NAGC online auction.
There were 34 individuals who obtained bidding numbers and 29 of those individuals who were successful with winning bids to purchase items at the end of the auction. The auction raised $4,046.50 from the sale of the 357 lots of gladiolus corms, certificates, and gladiolus related products. An additional charge of $10 was added for most of the winning bidders to cover shipping costs.
John Alleman prepared the auction list and received the bids, emailed updates and tallied and final bids. He also notified winning bidders and emailed summary sheets and bills to winning bidders. Jim Green emailed information about auction items including pictures of the glads offered and as NAGC Treasurer is collecting the funds raised by the auction. Checks should be made payable to “NAGC” amd
mailed to Jim Green. Barb Meyer and Katrina Meyer assisted by helping to locate photos that Jim Green shared with auction bidders.
Jim Green will receive all donated auction items and will sort and send to auction winners by mid-April. If anyone needs items shipped to them before April 15th, please let Jim Green know! Certificate winners should receive them by email or mail by March 1st.
