The same form is used by both the Large and Small flowered symposiums.
For the large flowered symposium, please submit the form to Bill Bender, [email protected].
For the small flowered symposium, please submit the form to Sue Jackson, [email protected].
If you prefer to print and mail a filled in copy, their mailing addresses can be found in the Bulletin under the “Standing Committees” section.
Please submit your forms no later than September 15, 2026. Early submission is much appreciated – e.g. if you attend a show, fill out the form and send it when you get home before it gets lost in time and space.
